Anger Management:How to Deal with or Control Anger






Anger is a name of feeling.And since any of our feelings is personal and internal, there is no such thing as 'right-wrong'!

So,anger is not a crime as long as it is confined to the boundaries of feeling.

When we lose control over anger and behave unexpectedly,we create big problems.



This indicates that in case of feeling there is no right or wrong issue but there is right or wrong issue for a behavior.


If we hurt ourselves or others after being angry, then it is certainly wrong. And for this reason the concept of 'anger management' originated.

Anger management means not to keep anger under control or  anger in yourself  secretly. 

Rather,anger management means to deal with it consciously.Now take a quick look at some of the techniques to takle anger management easily.




1) Identify the Causes and Circumstances of Anger


Usually, identify the Situations in which you feel anger.Make a list if necessary. It is possible to predetermine how your behavior will be in such difficult situations.


2) Take a Deep Breath away from the Spot.



If your anger are getting  intense and if you get such a signal from yourself,then leave the place or situation quickly. Then sit down quietly for a while.



Take a deep  breath with your nose and leave it slowly with your mouth.Do this breathing exercise for at least ten times if you have time in your hand.

3)Wait a While

Usually, when we feel angry, we usually respond to it doing something bad.For example:If the office boss  insults us, we want to quit the job.The immediate response to this is largely negative.


Now that you understand, you have a strong feeling of anger, take a little time to react. Say to yourself, "Not right now, do a little later."But after some time you will see that your anger is getting fainted.



Thus you can behave rationally with fixed brain. You will be good and   others will also be good.




4) Try to Share

You can share the situation or event of anger with someone  who is close to you and trustworthy and who will understand you.

5) Move the Focus aside

Turn the mind away from the incidents or situations such as listening to music, drinking cold water or juice, watching movies, exercising, cooking or buying a favorite meal, shopping, shopping, etc.


However, it is a temporary technique for temporary anger management.Be careful not to become addicted to negative behavior when doing so.


6)See the Situation from Different Perspectives

When you feel anger on anyone,
see the whole incident from their point of view. After that, please notice how you feel in yourself.



7) Learn to Forgive


Forgiveness is a quality that can solve many difficult problems.Please remember that we forgive others for our peace.If we keep anger in ourselve against others, we harm ourselves.



8)Learn to Express Positive Feelings


The word 'Sorry 'will be helpful in managing your anger.Even if you do not have any mistakes, you can say 'sorry' .


Thus your dignity will not decrease .Rather,it will  increase your mental peace and social power.

9)Write a Letter


Write a letter to the person with whom you feel anger  but do not send it away.Write down all the anger, irritation of your mind freely. When finished, burn it or destroy it.



10)Solve the Problem

If you adopt the above strategies, your anger may be less.Try to solve the problem when the anger becomes faint.

Talk about your feelings and rights in a firm but calm way.If you cannot properly express and manage your anger, you can lose.

So be aware of your very important feelings ,anger.A little bit of consciousness will show you or your relationship a new way.
